Print Fulfilment
Dataflow's print facility is capable of high speed, high volume invoice production and is offered to carriers and major Service Providers operating their own billing systems, but who wish to outsource the paper handling.
CD Fulfilment
Dataflow offers this service to Carriers and major Telephone Service Providers. In both cases, a master copy or an extract of rated records from the Client's billing platform is required. Different bill dates and intervals of billing periods can be accommodated, although calendar monthly remains popular.
Management Reports
As with Dataflow's CD Fulfilment, master-billing data is required from the telecommunications service provider. From this data, high-level management information is presented in the form of a high quality printed text and graphics report, in either black and white or colour. Again, consultation is required to define the exact specification. Dataflow's graphics and colour capability means that report outputs can be designed to match the client's corporate image and style.
Complete Billing Operation
This service is offered to resellers who wish to provide a 'value added' bill to their business customers. After consultation with the client, Dataflow will assemble the appropriate billing modules to suit the particular requirement. These include rating, invoice printing, printed itemisation, CD-based itemisation, summary reports in mono, various management reports in colour, and payment collection. |
